Refer a Friend Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

   • Existing customers and new loan applicants are eligible to participate.

2. Referral Process:

   • To qualify for the referral program, referrers must submit the online referral form available on our website or enquire with brokerbros and mention the campaign and name of referrer.

   • Referred friends must successfully apply, be approved and settle a car or personal loan during the campaign period.

3. Voucher Rewards:

   • Referrers are entitled to a $50 voucher of their choice for each successful referral. At the discretion of the promoter, the value may increase dependent on multiple factors.

   • Vouchers will be distributed within 30 days of the referred person's loan settlement.

4. Voucher Choices:

   • Referrers can choose from a pre-determined selection of vouchers. Voucher availability is subject to change. This can include a pre paid credit card.

5. Prizes:

   • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Campaign Period:

   • The referral campaign runs from 16th July 2024 to 31st January 2025.

   • Referrals made outside this period will not be eligible for rewards.

7. General Conditions:

   • The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent or suspicious activity.

   • The promoter's decision on all matters related to the campaign is final and binding.

8. Amendments and Termination:

   • The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the referral campaign at any time without prior notice.

9. Privacy:

   • Personal information collected during the referral process will be used solely for campaign purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
