He holds a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking Management, a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration and Management, and is currently completing his MBA to remain at the forefront of industry developments.

Joey is a member of our Broker Bros Residential mortgage broking team.

Based in Gunnedah NSW. Joey started her journey in the Finance and Mortgage broking industry in 2022, completing her Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage broking then furthering her studies to complete a Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking management.

Joey has been assisting Broker Bros in the background, updating the CRM system and ironing out the processes. Joey has great life experience, and one would say she is “street smart”, open minded with common sense yet very down to earth. With experience in a range of industries from running her own Café, Hospitality management, Government Housing, Administration and Business. Joey is passionate about assisting clients reach their financial goals, whether its purchasing that first home, refinancing to a better deal, or building that portfolio of property.

Joey loves spending time with her beautiful family, going camping and fishing. She is also an avid foodie, and loves to explore different cultures and cuisines.

Scott is the newest Broker in Training at Broker Bros, currently working towards completing his Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking. His journey into the finance industry is just beginning, but Scott brings with him a strong foundation of skills and a passion for learning.

Scott’s background is in Sales and Management within the Automotive and Hospitality industries, bringing a wealth of experience in customer-focused roles. He is driven by a desire to succeed and has an extremely likable personality, which helps him build strong relationships with clients.

Scott is eager to expand his knowledge and grow within the industry, aiming to exceed expectations and help clients achieve their financial goals. With his hardworking and energetic personality, Scott is committed to offering the best possible service and delivering on promises.

Andrew joined the Broker Bros family in early 2025 to help strengthen and grow our footprint across the Newcastle and Hunter region.

Bringing more than 20 years of experience in banking, finance and payroll, Andrew has earned a reputation for going above and beyond for his clients throughout Tamworth and the Hunter.

Andrew values your time and is always looking to over deliver on any promises made, with his hard working, highly energetic and infectious personality he will work with you to achieve your financial goals..

Andrew is always wanting to learn the inner workings of anything and everything, enjoying trivia nights with friends and family, and pursuing a Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking is a way to expand his knowledge of banking and finance even further.

Andrew has overcome adversity as an amputee and within a year was back doing the thing he loves most, performing on a stage in musicals.

While she is not involved in the day to day operational side of the business, Leonnee remains deeply influential as the brand custodian, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the values, professionalism, and personality of Broker Bros.

With over 18 years of experience in the advertising and marketing industry, Leonnee brings high level strategic insight and creative expertise to the business. She has worked with leading agencies including M&C Saatchi and full service marketing agency Nucleo, partnering with a diverse portfolio of local and national clients. Her background in corporate branding, design, and strategic marketing has been instrumental in establishing and maintaining the strong Broker Bros presence across regional NSW and beyond.

Leonnee has a unique ability to bridge creativity with commercial strategy, ensuring marketing is not only visually compelling but purposeful and aligned with long term growth objectives.

Outside of business, Leonnee values balance and creativity in all forms. She enjoys getting lost in a good book and has spent the past ten years writing her own, which is set to launch in 2026. She also finds joy in the garden, cultivating plants, herbs, and vegetables, and her love of greenery is reflected in both her home and office spaces. Above all, she cherishes time spent with her husband Joe and their son Levi.
